Bu koşullar FOM TIME LTD tarafından sunulan Ekips yazılımının kullanımını düzenler. Hesap açarak ya da paneli kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

Hizmet

Ekips; reklam hesaplarını, mesajlaşma kanallarını, landing sayfalarını ve satış takibini tek panelde yönetmeye yarayan, yapay zekâ destekli bir yazılımdır. Özellikler zaman içinde değişebilir.

Hesabınız ve sorumluluklarınız

• Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
• Panele bağladığınız işletme hesapları için gerekli yetkiye sahip olmalısınız; müşteri şirketleri adına bağlantı yapıyorsanız onların izni size aittir.
• Gönderdiğiniz mesajların, reklamların ve sayfaların içeriğinden ve Meta, WhatsApp ve diğer platformların kurallarına uygunluğundan siz sorumlusunuz. Spam ve izinsiz toplu mesaj yasaktır.

Yapay zekâ

Yapay zekâ özellikleri öneri ve taslak üretir. Yayınlamadan ya da göndermeden önce kontrol etmek kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

Ücretler

Ücretli planların fiyatı ve kapsamı satın alma sırasında gösterilir. Abonelik iptal edilene kadar dönem başında yenilenir.

Sona erme

Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz. Bu koşulların ağır ihlalinde hesabı askıya alabiliriz. Verilerin silinmesi gizlilik politikasına göre yapılır.

Sorumluluğun sınırı

Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Üçüncü taraf platformların (Meta, Google ve diğerleri) kesintilerinden ve kural değişikliklerinden doğan sonuçlardan sorumlu değiliz. Uygulanacak hukuk Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukudur.

These terms govern the use of Ekips, software provided by FOM TIME LTD. By creating an account or using the panel you accept these terms.

The service

Ekips is AI assisted software for managing ad accounts, messaging channels, landing pages and sales follow-up in one panel. Features may change over time.

Your account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.
• You must be authorised to connect the business accounts you add; when you connect accounts on behalf of client companies, obtaining their permission is your responsibility.
• You are responsible for the content of the messages, ads and pages you publish and for complying with the rules of Meta, WhatsApp and other platforms. Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging are not allowed.

AI features

AI features produce suggestions and drafts. Reviewing them before publishing or sending is the user's responsibility.

Fees

The price and scope of paid plans are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew at the start of each period until cancelled.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for serious breaches of these terms. Data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for outages or rule changes of third party platforms (Meta, Google and others). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
